Every diet needs to be adapted to your body. Following the diet strictly is also important if you want to achieve great results and lose a lot of weight in a short time.

There are many diets that supposedly work, but let’s be honest – many of them are ineffective and unhealthy as well. Luckily, there’s one diet that really works and will help you lose up to 10 kg. in only a week. It was invented by a cardiologist who tried to make it healthier and less straining on your body. Of course, it won’t work on its own – you need to also stay physically active for at least 30 minutes every day.

Here’s how the diet plan looks like:

Breakfast: the breakfast is the same for every day – you can have 1 fruit of your choice except for grapes or bananas.

Day 1

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 orange, 200 ml. glass of yogurt

Dinner: 2 tomatoes or 2 dl. of cooked tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, 2 pieces of toast, ½ a cucumber or lettuce.

Day 2

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 orange, a cup of yogurt

Dinner: 1 orange, a piece of toast, 125 gr. of cooked beef, a cup of tea or coffee (no sugar)

Day 3

Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 orange, 1 cucumber

Dinner: 1 orange, a piece of toast, 125 cooked beef, a cup of tea or coffee (no sugar)

Day 4

Lunch: 1 tomato, a piece of toast, 125 gr. of cottage cheese

Dinner: the same as in the previous day

Day 5

Lunch: 1 tomato, a piece of toast, 200 gr. of cooked meat or fish

Dinner: ½ a pound of cooked carrots, potatoes and peas

The vegetables should be cooked with no salt. Follow the diet for 5 days, then make a 2-day break and continue on the 8th day. Alcohol is strictly forbidden for the duration of the diet.People suffering from heart disease must consult a cardiologist before starting it.
